Tell us about spam, phishing, malware, copyright problems or harassment involving something hosted on OneStack. You do not need an account, and giving your email address is optional.

What happens next

A member of the team reads it. Reports go to our staff and are looked at one by one.
We look into it. We may check the server or content you point to and compare it with our acceptable use policy.
We decide what to do. If something breaks the policy we may warn the customer, suspend the service or end it. If it does not, we may take no action.
You may not hear back. We only get in touch if we need more information and you gave an email address. We cannot always share what we did about another customer's account.

We do not promise a response time. This form is not an emergency line: if someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Found a security vulnerability in OneStack itself? Use the steps on the security page. Need help with your own account? Go to contact.
